10% Fake Vote counts

The photo below shows the 10% ballots that were counted so that the Islamic Republic can show an act of fairness. The state run tv taped the actual counting and photos of the ballot counting were dispersed. However, the ballots are extremely suspicious. When real votes are actually cast, they are folded. These votes, are extremely crisp and pristine.
