Ayotollah Shahroudi can Suspend prison and lashing punishment for Women Activist

According to Shirin Ebadi, Ayatollah Shahroudi can suspend the unfair punishment that Delaram Ali has been sentenced to. Delaram Ali did not commit a crime, so why should she be punished. A fair society should allow all of its members to voice their opinions.
