In the last few days there has been a video on on the internet showing an armed robbery in Karaj, Iran. There has been speculation, and I think it is very possible, that the robbers are Basijis and/or Revolutionary guards. In Iran, the people do not have the right to bear arms, so only people with some kind of defense or security background can have guns. On top of that the robbers did not seem to worry about the arrival of the police.

This could very well mean that the sanctions are working, and that the Basijis and RG are getting desparate for money.

چند روز پیش یک ویدیو تو اینترنت گذاشته شده که نشون میده چند نفر مسلح یک جواهر فروشی را سرقت می کنند. به نظر من این خیلی احتمال داره که همینطوری که دیگران حدس زدند, دزدها عضو بسیجیها و یا سپاه پاسداران باشند. چرا که در ایران هر کسی نمی تواند سلاح داشته باشد. اصلا دزدها خیلی راحت, بدون ترس از اینکه نیرو امنییتی بیاد, قشنگ با دقب و خیال راحت تمام اجناس مغازه را برای خودشون جمع آوری میکنند و بعدش می روند. این نشون می ده که اینها ازدست این تحریمها ی تازه دارند گدا می شوند. دارند بر می گردند به شغلی را که قبل از عضوییت در بسیح می کردند.....دزدی و آدم کشی. البته این به این معنا نیست که در حال عضوییت در بسیج این کارها را نمی کنند, فقط حالا دیگه خیلی گدا شدند.

These Basijis or so simple minded, they think that they can murder, torture and bully their way to heaven. The hardliners are eagerly waiting for the messenger Mahdi to re-appear. You know what, I think he did. But no one can find him because he's probably been arrested and sent to Evin prison too!!!!

چقدر این بسیجی ها خنگ و کودن هستند که خیال می کنند با زور و شکنجه و آدم کشی , خدا در بهشت را براشون باز می کند. من فکر می کنم که شاید حضرت مهدی ظهور کرده , اما پیداش نیست چون لابد بسیجیها اون هم بردند زندان اوین
