Ahamadinejad's Spending Habits

Ahmadinejad got elected on the platform of putting the oil money on Iranian people's dinner table. Looks like he is putting the oil money on every and any table imaginable other than the Iranian people's table! First he poured money into the backing of Hizbollah over last summer's war, and then he put money into with Hugo Chavez for an anti US fund .read here I think Iranians are more worried about their bad economy and making ends meet and the people and Ahamadinejad have two different priorities.
