Iran busy creating climate of fear in Iran, while bribing foreigners for support outside of Iran

The Iranian dictators are bribing foreigners in Lebanon, while distracting Iranians with an atmosphere of fear and terror at home. Those in power in Iran don't seem to care much about the Iranian people, instead of easing the pressure of oil rationing on the public, they prefer to make allies that will support them abroad. This begs the question of how the current Islamic Oligarchy in Iran is all that different from the previous Monarchy. The Shah would give money in exchage for support from the US, now those in power in Iran give money in exchange for support from Islamic fundementalists in the Middle East.
